If you are looking to build something specific from scratch that runs on solar power with all the specs, then this is not for you. If you are looking to learn about solar power and looking for a reference to get you going in the right direction, this would be for you. So I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

This solar power book will give you the information you need if you are thinking of saving money etc, and going grid. Anyone thinking they want to get off the grid should read this to get started or if you are just curious on how people do it.

The description of this book was completely false. Nowhere in the book does it give any info on how to build or create solar power. "All the information is right here" What? the only thing this book does is tell you that solar power can be used in a variety of ways, then tell you to go on the internet and see what it costs or how to install. Really? I can use solar power to charge my Ipod? Never thought of that! Now all I have to do is grt on the internet and find out how! Never thought of that either! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
